Greg Shufeldt
Greg Shufeldt is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Indianapolis. He earned his PhD in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame. He also earned an MSW from Saint Louis University with a focus on community organizing and policy advocacy.
Within American Politics, his interests include state and local politics, political parties, and political inequality. His research focuses on the conceptualization, measurement, and normative implications of the quality of democracy in the American States.
He has published in American Politics Research, Electoral Studies, Journal, Journal of Elections, Public Opinion & Parties, Labor Studies Journal, Party Politics, Publius: The Journal of Federalism, Social Indicators Research, State Politics & Policy Quarterly, and other journals.
