The Democratic Erosion Consortium aims to foster discussion, learning, and academic-practitioner networks that will support more impactful research and more effective, evidence-based interventions to strengthen democracy. We do this by organizing an Annual Convening in Washington, DC of academics, students, funders, policymakers, and practitioners; hosting virtual roundtable discussions on a variety of topics related to democratic erosion; building a wider and more inclusive network of researchers, policymakers, and practitioners; and fostering researcher-practitioner collaborations. We will continue to update the website as we plan new activities and expand opportunities to get involved in the network.
